Sameera Reddy born December 14, 1982 in Andhra Pradesh, India. She has her education from Bombay Scottish School in Mumbai, India and She got her degree from Sydenham College, Mumabai.

After Tamil movie Vaaranam Aayiram hit Guatham Vasudev Menon planned to two Yohan Adhayaya Onru with Vijay and Dhruva Natchatthiram with Surya. Sameera Reddy was signed for those films as a leading actress. But, both the movies were one by one dropped, because of leading actor of those films.
